The Center for the Business of Health

The UNC Center for the Business of Health (CBOH) is a multidisciplinary initiative bringing together expertise from across UNC to create knowledge, prepare business leaders, and convene important conversations around the business of health care. Their interdisciplinary approach and diverse partnerships enable the CBOH to make significant impacts within higher education, the healthcare industry, and ultimately in the lives of individuals and communities. Career and Leadership

The MBA Healthcare Club collaborates with KFBS’ Career & Leadership (C&L) office to prepare students for healthcare recruiting, including on-campus interviews (OCI). We work with career coaches to tailor our Career Lab curriculum and plan events as well as our Employer Engagement & Recruiting (EE&R) team to plan on- and off-campus opportunities for students to engage with employers (including Career Treks). Learn more here.

Interprofessional Education and Practice

The Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice (IPEP) promotes a campus-wide initiative for intentionally integrating interprofessional learning and collaboration. MBA students may choose to become IPEP Distinguished Scholars through engagement with students in other healthcare-focused graduate schools. Learn more here. Contact the KFBS IPEP Director, Susanne Killian susanne_killian@kenan-flagler.unc.edu with any questions.
